Today a little look at our contribution to electromobility: An assembly and testing unit for the fully automated assembly of charging sockets for electric cars. For the workers at the machine, this means: insert and done.

In the background, the intelligent automation software automatically recognizes when the component is ready for assembly. Worker assistance included. All other steps are then carried out completely independently, partly with the help of robots, and are of course completely monitored and logged due to the high quality requirements in electromobility.

Once again a nice example that we at Brainware Solutions GmbH are proud of, because with our automation solutions we help our customers to achieve their goal of "null ppm" in production and assembly.
