Assembly equipment for high-voltage charging sockets for a European car manufacturer

A few short shots (external link to Youtube) before packing and shipping. The manufacturing equipment on display - made by Brainware Solutions - allows for the production of nearly all variants of high-voltage charging stations for the current hybrid models of a European car manufacturer. Our contribution to electromobility from the Wire Harness area. Still with us in our Plant II and will soon be in use at the customer.

And anyone who is familiar with our portfolio will see: a large part of the systems are based on our compact.UNI concept, which allows us to design individually with the highest level of standardization. This is one of the reasons why we were able to implement this order in a correspondingly short time.

And still easy to recognize: our interchangeable assembly fixtures with automatic contacting, which allow the customer to quickly change the working environment (plug and produce) if necessary, e.g. when changing models, etc. Again, flexibility and standardization go hand in hand.

Now we're busy packing and maybe next week we'll be able to get a little look at the loading before the whole system goes on the long journey to the customer.
