Competence example: Assembly and testing workstation for lock modules for cars

Already announced, now the time has come. In this short 2-minute clip (external link to Youtube) , we use the example of a combined assembly and testing workstation for lock modules for cars to show you how we make production processes simpler and more efficient.

Understandable: All concrete components and work steps are of course made unrecognizable J But you can clearly see how we support assembly processes with our machines and help the customer to achieve his goal of "null ppm".

How it works? All work steps are monitored und checked live and in real time for correct assembly execution (can be seen from 0:58). The worker at the machine receives support in the sense of worker guidance or worker assistance, in that all the steps and the correct result of his work are displayed to him (can be seen from 0:45). This ensures that all components are assembled correctly. The use of mounting brackets and fixtures (can be seen from 0:25) makes the worker's work easier. And by the way: these fixtures are interchangeable. This extends the life cycle of the machine in a future-proof manner, even after the manufacturer changes models.

In the final function test (can be seen from 0:38), countless quality features of the finished module are checked within a few seconds and the result is finally classified as OK or NOK.
