Full flexibility - that's all possible with the modular assembly and testing workstation compact.UNI from Brainware Solutions GmbH
A few days ago I introduced you to the new modular assembly and testing workstation compact.UNI, which brings flexibility and quality to your production and relieves you of the processing of your assembly orders. As promised, I am adding a small video (externel link to Youtube) today that shows at a glance the various configuration options that are possible with our compact.UNI assembly and testing workstation.
If you add everything up, you end up with a three-digit number of combi variants (and that without any special solutions) - i.e. maximum flexibility and the highest level of standardization.
A compact.UNI system develops its full power particularly when...
- interchangeable assembly fixtures with automatic contacting are used, so that a change is possible in a few seconds even during ongoing production (plug-and-produce).
- position-guided screw stands or a position-guided screw portal is used, which eliminates possible sources of error during assembly.
- Assembly activities are generally managed and controlled by means of live camera monitoring in such a way that the assembly is as error-free as possible (worker guidance and worker assistance).
- Finally, a measuring cell with image processing, sensors, etc. takes over the final inspection of the fully assembled workpiece
