Today a little Video (external link to Youtube) about our contribution to electromobility: An assembly and testing unit for the fully automated assembly of high-voltage charging sockets (HV charging sockets) for electric cars.

For the workers at the machine, this means: insert and done. In the background, the intelligent automation software automatically recognizes when the component is ready for assembly.

Worker assistance included. All other steps are then carried out completely independently, partly with the help of a robot, and are of course completely monitored and logged due to the high quality requirements in electromobility.

Once again a fine example that we are proud of, as we help our customers with our automation solutions to achieve their goal of "null ppm" in production and assembly.
