Today, we’re excited to share an exclusive insight into a collaboration that unites the strengths of two hidden champions.

CADEMY GmbH contributes decades of experience in the development and production of cable foaming solutions. We, Brainware Solutions GmbH, bring our own long-standing expertise in automation and testing technology in the cable harness sector. Together, we are currently developing a highly automated system for the integrated PUR foaming of cable grommets for an international automotive supplier.

Our task: to fully interlink all processes into a synchronized operation – including operator support, transport control, process data acquisition, and the transfer of all collected information to the customer’s database. Naturally, we are also ensuring compliance with all safety-relevant requirements – from protective devices to safety control systems.

For workpiece transport, we rely on the proven conveyor technology from Robotunits GmbH, with the usual fast and competent support in selecting the appropriate transport system provided by Christian Schwark.

We are now in the final stage of system setup: mechanical assembly, electrical installation, and software integration are all progressing in parallel.

In just three weeks, the project will be relocated and handed over to the customer. At that point, we’ll be happy to share further insights into this exciting project!
