Today, we're giving you an exclusive look into an exciting project for a renowned German technology company, currently being built in our production hall, Plant I! ๐Ÿ’ก

In this project, we are replacing an existing system for high-voltage testing and marking of switching relays with a cutting-edge fully automated solution. The new system identifies the relay type, tests it both visually and functionally, and โ€“ if both tests are successful โ€“ applies a laser marking and a stamp. All test data is automatically transferred in real-time to our customerโ€™s database.

The entire process โ€“ from feeding the test components to outputting the marked relays โ€“ runs fully automatically. Two Epson Robots Europe robots, a KEYENCE CORPORATION laser marking device, and conveyor belts from Robotunits GmbH are used in the process.
