Your Responsibility

  • You manage written and telephone inquiries from customers. You will identify relevant new business leads, analyze their needs and look after them until they go live.
  • You advise our customers on the phone, create offers and follow them up.
  • You are the link between sales, project management and marketing and ensure a smooth exchange of information.
  • You regularly prepare competition and customer potential analyzes and are responsible for developing suitable sales strategies.
  • You coordinate our appearances at trade fairs and events and represent our company.

Your Qualification

  • A completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification
  • Ideally, you have some initial experience in internal sales
  • You are communicative and enjoy customer contact
  • You have a basic technical or technological understanding and an interest in new technologies
  • Ready-to-use MS Office user skills
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
