We are a steadily growing special machine manufacturer based in Chemnitz and have specialized in innovative complete solutions for quality inspection. We carry out the entire development process for the systems in-house - from brainstorming to construction and production to on-site commissioning. Our customers are large, global companies from all areas of industry. We continue to grow - for this we need you as: Employee (m/f/d) in project management / customer care.

Job Tasks

  • You are the central contact person for all project issues (from the inquiry to implementation).
  • You work closely with teammates in the specialist departments, coordinate project tasks, deadlines and reviews, pursue measures and take on the coordination and resolution of issues that arise in day-to-day business.
  • You are responsible for monitoring project progress and helping you meet deadlines using specific planning tools. Time-critical situations will be resolved by you in a targeted manner.
  • You organize and accompany project-related activities such as acceptance tests for our products at the customer‘s facility. Furthermore, you support in the hardware and software area, among other things, when setting up test equipment and
    performing system tests.
  • As part of project controlling, you will create reports, support us in the optimization of process flows and the fulfillment of project goals with regard to deadlines, costs and quality, deadlines, costs and quality.

Your Profile

  • A completed apprenticeship as a technician or a completed degree in electrical engineering / mechanical engineering or a comparable apprenticeship or several years of professional experience in this area.
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in project management.
  • You like to work independently, in a solution-oriented and structured manner, and round off your profile with a responsible way of working, a confident demeanor, strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel for occasional business trips (national and international).
  • Driving license of class 3 or B.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English.
