The further development of our products and services is not a short-term project for us, but an ongoing process. A central and crucial piece of the puzzle is direct contact with our customers and their expertsโฆ because it is at this interface that service quality becomes immediately tangible, both positively and negatively.
Against this backdrop, we invited a coach from RKW Saxony to our Chemnitz-Rรถhrsdorf location this week for a three-day train-the-trainer course. The goal is to make our product training and consulting services even clearer, more structured, and more practical in the future.
From the customer's perspective, well-trained personnel mean, in particular:
- Independent and confident handling of our systems.
- Targeted use of synergies with existing systems.
- Reducing or even completely eliminating downtime.
- Making service activities more efficient.
The better the functions, capabilities, and limitations of a system are understood, the more effectively it can be used in everyday production and its full potential realized.
And that is precisely what we are working on.
