We are a steadily growing special machine manufacturer based in Chemnitz and have specialized in innovative complete solutions for quality inspection. We carry out the entire development process for the systems in-house - from brainstorming to construction and production to on-site commissioning. Our customers are large, global companies from all areas of industry. We continue to grow - for this we need you as HR SPECIALIST (m/f/d) as a temporary representative.

Job tasks

  • Independent implementation and supervision of the recruiting process (search, selection and acquisition of suitable employees through the use of proven and innovative recruiting channels)
  • Creation of requirement profiles and target group-specific job advertisements
    Personnel administration (creating employment contracts, references, certificates, etc.)
  • active design, support and optimization of all HR processes from onboarding to offboarding
  • preparatory activities for the monthly payroll accounting
  • Planning and organization of personnel development measures and qualification measures
  • Contact person for managers and employees on all HR issues

Your Profile

  • Completed training in a commercial profession with subsequent further training in HR
  • Very good knowledge of labour, works constitution and social security law
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of human resources work desirable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • You dedicate yourself to your colleagues and personnel-related topics with sensitivity
  • You are a committed personality who can deal with and communicate with a wide variety of characters
