This morning, for the third time, we had the pleasure of presenting a donation check to the Association of Parents of Children with Cancer in Chemnitz (*Elternverein krebskranker Kinder e.V. Chemnitz*).

Next year, Brainware Solutions GmbH celebrates its 30th anniversary.

Three decades of Brainware Solutions—that represents far more than just a span of years. It encompasses the ideas, challenges, technological developments, and, above all, the people who have shaped our journey.

Yesterday was the day!
And what a fantastic day it was at Brainware Solutions GmbH!
Numerous students were given the opportunity to go behind the scenes at our Chemnitz-based special-purpose machine manufacturing company – and the enthusiasm was evident on every face!

We are ready for the first day of the all about automation trade fair in Friedrichshafen. Visit us at booth B2-532. We look forward to engaging conversations.

As a special-purpose machine manufacturer for automation solutions, we develop and produce complex assembly and testing systems. At the same time, we support our customers with complementary services – from the concept phase through implementation to after-sales support and product training.

We will be exhibiting at all about automation in Friedrichshafen on March 10th and 11th. This is precisely where we set a clear benchmark for differentiation.

The further development of our products and services is not a short-term project for us, but an ongoing process. A central and crucial piece of the puzzle is direct contact with our customers and their experts… because it is at this interface that service quality becomes immediately tangible, both positively and negatively.

When the day starts with the 99ers Chemnitz team bus pulling up, you know: Today's going to be legendary!

Yesterday afternoon, we gathered for our Christmas coffee in the conservatory of our main site in Chemnitz-Röhrsdorf. Coming together to round off the year with traditional Christmas stollen, gingerbread, and non-alcoholic mulled wine has long been a cherished tradition for us.

Over 50 visitors took the opportunity last Friday to take a look behind the scenes of our site in #Chemnitz-Röhrsdorf as part of the #Spätschicht event.

The booth setup is complete, and our colleagues Nicole, Nadine, and Cornelia are excited to welcome you to the #JobmesseChemnitz in just a few minutes.

The first day of the trade fair is behind us – eventful and successful.

Visit us at all about automation Chemnitz – the trade fair for industrial automation, robotics, and digitalization.

As a specialist in custom machinery for testing and test-sensitive assembly technology, we will be among the exhibitors on September 30 and October 1. For the first time, we’ll be presenting our optimized test workstation for laser-based profile measurement.

The integrated inline laser scanner can now be moved not only along the X and Y linear axes, but also along the Z axis – offering even greater flexibility in measurement.

This year, as a Chemnitz-based special machine manufacturer, we're once again participating in the schnellestelle.de Chemnitz company run—it's become a lovely tradition for us!

School internships or voluntary insights for young people aged 15 and over are, for us, a natural part of supporting career orientation.

Sometimes it’s the small gestures that have the greatest impact. On behalf of Brainware Solutions GmbH, our Commercial Director Nicole Ritter and her assistant Nadine Fischer proudly handed over a donation check to Ms. Theiling, Head of the Chemnitz office of the Parents’ Association for Children with Cancer.

When customers invest in our machines and systems, it's not just quality that matters – reliability and readiness are equally crucial. Especially now – at the beginning of the summer holiday season – it becomes clear how important both truly are.

During the 21st genialsozial – your work against poverty action day by the #SächsischenJugendstiftung (SaxonYouthFoundation), thousands of young people across Saxony once again swapped their school desks for a workplace for a day. In return for their work, donations are made to support social projects in the Global South – such as building a school in Sierra Leone or a reforestation program in Madagascar.

Within a very short time, another five units of our modular testing and assembly workstation system compact.UNI have started their journey to North Africa.

Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of welcoming many new colleagues. After their initial onboarding steps to get familiar with our internal processes and various departments, today was time for a focused training session on our vCheck® software package.

Last week, five systems from our modular and standardized testing and assembly workstation platform compact.UNI, along with numerous extension components, left our facility – with a total weight of over four tonnes. Their destination: the production site of one of our key customers in North Africa.

Following successful system acceptances for several major projects and the shipment of the first systems by our logistics partner (a post on that is coming soon!), our management team spontaneously organized a BBQ in the company garden – a small thank-you for the tremendous dedication shown in recent weeks.

The number of hybrid and fully electric vehicles is steadily increasing. This presents new challenges for our customers in the vehicle electrical system industry. We offer solutions to meet these demands with our assembly and testing systems for high-voltage components.

Appreciating the big things with small gestures: Once again this year, our team is in for a sweet surprise for Easter.

Today, we're giving you an exclusive look into an exciting project for a renowned German technology company, currently being built in our production hall, Plant I!

Three years ago, we launched our second site, Werk II – initially as a pragmatic solution to quickly create more production space. But what started as a temporary decision has turned into a lasting success story!

Yesterday’s Zero Waste Day is the perfect occasion for us to share some insights into our efforts toward sustainable resource management.

Monday was all about Schau Rein! - The Week of Open Companies in Saxony. 27 students from grades 8–11, along with four accompanying persons, took the opportunity to explore our headquarters and gain insights into the fields of design and manufacturing.

The setup is complete, and we can't wait to welcome all visitors! Stop by today between 10 am and 4 pm at the Stadium an der Gellertstraße and meet us at booth 24.

Did you know that March 14 is celebrated as PI Day every year? The reason lies in the date format: In the U.S. notation (3/14) and the ISO format (-03-14), it corresponds to the first three digits of the mathematical constant π.

For the first time, we are taking part in Girls’ Day as a company! On April 3, we are offering young girls from grade 5 and up the opportunity to explore our technical professions.

Are you looking for a new career challenge in a dynamic and technology-driven environment? Then you've come to the right place!

As a special-purpose machinery company based in Chemnitz, we are constantly on the lookout for talent who share our passion for technology.

Two exciting and insightful days are behind us. The all about automation Friedrichshafen once again provided an excellent platform for professional exchange on automation and robotics. Through numerous discussions, we gained valuable insights and made new connections.

While freezing temperatures prevail here, we had the pleasure of visiting one of our key customers in sunny Morocco!

We are expanding our fleet and are excited about even more efficient and flexible in-house logistics between our production sites. This also means improved deliveries of assemblies and machines to our regional customers.

With great pride and dedication, we are always excited to support students in their career orientation. After all, there’s nothing more rewarding than inspiring young people for the professions we are passionate about ourselves.

The registration phase has officially begun! We at Brainware Solutions are thrilled to be part of this fantastic initiative and encourage all young talents to get to know us and our career opportunities on March 17 at three exciting events:

We are pleased to announce that our quality management system has been successfully audited, and Brainware Solutions GmbH has once again received ISO 9001 certification!

In today’s post, we’d like to give you insights into another highly exciting project for us:

Recently, we had the opportunity to design and manufacture a compact stand-alone end-of-line test system for an existing customer, which calibrates and inspects RSS. These sensors will soon be installed in motorcycles from a renowned manufacturer.

We recently received an urgent request: The commissioning of a dimensioning table for the production of custom automotive wiring harnesses (KSK) had to be moved to the earliest possible date.

Yesterday morning, we came together for a very special occasion: our 2024 Christmas breakfast! We celebrated the festive season and once again felt how important moments like these are for our sense of community.

The Brainware TechDays 24 concluded successfully the Thursday before last, making it the perfect topic for today’s #TBT post.

For the fourth time, we opened our doors to curious visitors as part of the #LateShift event. As a hidden champion, we are globally recognized leaders in the development of special machinery, testing and assembly technology, and industrial image processing.

As part of their roadshow tour through Saxony, Murrplastik stopped by our Chemnitz-Röhrsdorf location today. In their showroom trailer, they showcased their range of #cablemanagement systems for machinery and plant engineering to our team.

Yesterday, we celebrated a very special milestone: Nicole Ritter has been with Brainware for 25 years! Her unwavering loyalty to our then-young company is truly extraordinary, and for that, we are sincerely grateful!

Yesterday was an exciting day for our team as we opened our doors to new talent at the #JobmesseChemnitz!

his afternoon at exactly 4 PM, this year’s All About Automation Chemnitz trade fair came to an end. It’s time to take a moment and reflect.

As part of our new membership in AMZ - Saxony’s Automotive Suppliers Network, we had the pleasure of welcoming Andreas Wächtler, the operational managing director and network manager of the industry network, to our headquarters today.

In just a few minutes, the starting gun will fire for the Chemnitz Company Run 2024! Team Brainware is hitting the course with one female runner and ten male runners. Additional colleagues have joined the spectators to cheer on our runners loudly along the route.

Thanks to the new advertising signs in our corporate design, now mounted at our second production site on Röhrsdorfer Allee 23, the location is impossible to miss.

Last Friday, five of our customized assembly and testing systems, along with additional test equipment, with a total net weight of almost 4.5 tonnes, left our factory and began the journey to our customer's production plant in North Africa.

According to our "zero ppm" claim, meaning the zero-defect tolerance of our machines and systems, it is necessary that all processes in our value chain undergo rigorous quality inspection – starting with our suppliers. For this reason, we have established an extensive quality management system in our procurement and supplier management.

Today, we enthusiastically participated in the Saxon Youth Foundation's genialsozial Action Day! Two motivated students took the opportunity to experience our company up close and discover the diversity and excitement of our work.

We are thrilled to present our pilot project in collaboration with KEYENCE Germany, a global leader in the development and manufacturing of sensors.

To expand the capabilities of our modular assembly and inspection workstation, compact.UNI, we have developed a prototype in which the LJ-X8000 series 2D/3D laser profile sensor of KEYENCE has been installed on our base platform using a two-dimensional axis system.

This solution offers various benefits to our customers:

#Brainware #BrainwareSolutions #Eastervisitors #RunnawayBunnies #SpringMagic #Easter

#JobmesseChemnitz #Networking #Karriere #Mechatroniker #Industriemechaniker #Anlagenelektroniker #Metallfacharbeiter #Vertriebsmitarbeiter

In our plant 2, the series production of our assembly and testing workstations compact.UNI has rapidly gained momentum. In the coming weeks, we will manufacture nearly 30 compact.UNIs in various configurations.

Our long-standing customers know: we are an experienced partner for the development and implementation of fully and semi-automated end-of-line inspection systems.
However, recently, we had the opportunity to develop and implement a manual inspection system for instrument panels for a new customer.

#IWD2024 #InternationalWomensday2024 #genderequality

We greet you from the stadium of the local football team #chemnitzerfc!
Today, we are exhibiting at the #job #fair Chemnitz and are very excited about the interesting and engaging conversations that await us.

You are interested in mechanical engineering and looking for the right job for you? Then look no further!

As exhibitor at this year's #allaboutautomation, a trade fair for industrial automation in Chemnitz, Germany, we were able to speak to representatives from different sectors of the industy and business. Throughout all conversations one topic remained prevalent: ...

For the 3rd consecutive time #Brainware participated in "Spätschicht 2023" – an #openhouse event, in which industrial companies in the vicinity of Chemnitz offer visitors guided tours through their production plant. On September 15th, a total of 39 interested visitors heed our call.

Brainware Solutions GmbH enthusiastically took part in the company run in Chemnitz again this year.
In bright sunshine and in the best mood, it was finally time to start.
Our small team was highly motivated and ready to tackle the 5km route.

The early bird ... Just over four weeks until the "late shift" as part of the Days of Industrial Culture 2023, where you can experience companies in the Chemnitz and Erzgebirge region up close with factory tours and a look behind the scenes.

Just over 1,100 hours to go, then the trade fair for automation, all about automation 2023, will open its doors on September 27th and 28th at the Chemnitz Fair. Of course we will also be there this year and you can't miss us ...

11 in one fell swoop – assembly and testing systems made by Brainware Solutions actually leave our premises almost every week. But...

“genialsozial” (“ingenioussocial”) The idea is ingenious and social. Students use their strength for young people in poorer regions of the world to improve their life and educational opportunities and to enable perspectives.

Exactly 99 days to go - then the trade fair for automation, all about automation 2023, will open its doors on September 27th and 28th at the Chemnitz Exhibition Centre.

Optical tests, haptic tests, electrical tests - a pretty system from Brainware Solutions that combines everything:

Today I would like to introduce you to our position-monitored Brainware screwing gantry (screwing portal) as an alternative to conventional screwing control stands.

"Handle with Care" is written on the boxes and is at the same time a beautiful metaphor for these images. Because here, an extraordinary machine is being shipped.

Happy Easter to everyone! The team of Brainware Solutions GmbH wish you and your loved ones a beautiful Easter filled with joy, peace, and love. May this special time of year bring you many happy memories and precious moments. No matter where you are in the world, we hope that you can spend these holidays in the company of friends and family. Enjoy the festive meal, hunt for Easter eggs, and revel in the mood of this special season.

One after another! We're always thrilled when we can deliver one of our machines to a customer. It's always an exciting moment to see our products leave the factory and go into the hands of our customers. However, this is just a snapshot, as this assembly and testing system is just one of many that regularly leave our factory to be used around the world. We take pride in being able to support our customers with our high-quality equipment with the aim of achieving null ppm.

Construction, clearing, pushing, sticking, and decorating have been taking place here in the last few days - and now it's almost finished: our new training room in our factory plant II. And it has become quite generous in size: there is enough space available to carry out training, workshops, and testing on our machines not only in theory but also hands-on. We are so flexible that we can exchange assembly and testing equipment in our training room as required, adapting to the respective training needs. Everything is very smart. Now, we're ready to go.

Take a look behind the scenes. Ask any questions you have. Experience how work is done in companies in the region and get some orientation for your future dream job – the SCHAU REIN! (Look Inside!) event stands for all of this! The week of open companies, in which we have now successfully participated for the second time.

Today I would like to introduce you to a workstation that recently left our house. Why am I showing you this one? Because this workstation is a multi-talent that combines the solution to many different requirements and therefore shows a good cross-section of our services.

After a whole series of systems from the Wire Harness area left our premises a few days ago, the next big momentum followed immediately. A whole assembly line for the assembly and quality control of charging sockets for several European car brands. Here is a short clip on Youtube (external link).

A few short shots (external link to Youtube) before packing and shipping. The manufacturing equipment on display - made by Brainware Solutions - allows for the production of nearly all variants of high-voltage charging stations for the current hybrid models of a European car manufacturer. Our contribution to electromobility from the Wire Harness area. Still with us in our Plant II and will soon be in use at the customer.

A few days ago I introduced you to the new modular assembly and testing workstation compact.UNI, which brings flexibility and quality to your production and relieves you of the processing of your assembly orders. As promised, I am adding a small video (externel link to Youtube) today that shows at a glance the various configuration options that are possible with our compact.UNI assembly and testing workstation.

The new year is only a few days old, but I would like to start right away with a really exciting topic. I would like to introduce you to our new compact.UNI system today: a modular assembly and testing workstation that combines flexibility and standardization and becomes an important helper in assembly and quality monitoring.

“In a breathing space - Enjoy the goals you have achieved. In a view - Recognize new horizons. With strength and confidence - start the new year.“

Christmas is just around the corner and the year 2022 is slowly coming to an end. It was a successful year for us. We also owe that to you – our customers, partners and suppliers. We say thank you for the cooperation and wish you and your families a peaceful celebration and a happy new year 2023.

Your Brainware team

A few days ago on the shipping list: this all-rounder in the truest sense: a combined assembly and testing workstation with an integrated laser marking unit. Immediately in use in the production of components of the wire harness network for automobiles in the premium segment.

Only a few days left until Christmas. But here at Brainware, we have work to do first. So these great machines have to be on their way here this week so that they can start their production tasks in good time.

You can now read almost fifty stories about Chemnitz residents who have found their job and their employer in the brand new “CHEMNITZ ZIEHT AN” (Chemnitz attracts) magazine.

A success that is important for us but also for our customers: In mid-November we successfully completed and passed the surveillance audit for our quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and are of course very proud and pleased about it.

Today I would like to draw your attention to the topic of flexibility and modularity in assembly. Both are topics that don't sound very exciting at first, but ultimately belong to the must-do programs of manufacturing companies. Our approach here: interchangeable mounting assembly fixtures that independently de- and contact, thus enabling a production change within a very short time and are therefore a good way to increase flexibility in assembly. You can also find all information about this HERE.

Maybe you remember? Some time ago, Brainware Solutions GmbH celebrated its 25th anniversary. Not only was there a celebration, but also a raffle was used to collect money for a charitable cause. The sum collected was generously rounded up and handed over to the Parents' Association of Children with Cancer e.V. Chemnitz (Elternverein krebskranker Kinder e.V. Chemnitz).

We need support and are looking for help for our office on a short-time-basis (mini job). The tasks are primarily office work. The position is also well suited for students, pensioners, career changers or as a side income. Interest? Then you will find the job description HERE.

A little review: A few days ago we had a visitors in our company. Guests were students from the Jenaplan School in Markersbach and students from the neighboring Czech Republic as part of a German-Czech school exchange.

As already announced, here is the complete video (external link to Youtube) from Wirtschaftsförderung Sachsen GmbH on the subject of robotics, for which various exhibitors at the all about automation 2022 trade fair in Chemnitz answered questions.

That's it. The International Suppliers Fair izb in Wolfsburg for 2022 is history. We therefore say thank you to our visitors and great conversation partners. And we also say a big thank you to the organizers of the joint stand of the ACOD Automotive Cluster East Germany.

Again a short review of the fair all about automation in Chemnitz, which I don't want to withhold from you.

The all about automation trade fair is over. But you can't rest on your laurels, because the International Suppliers Fair (Internationale Zuliefererbörse IZB) will start in Wolfsburg in just a few days on October 11, 2022. And Brainware Solutions GmbH will also be there this year. You can find us at the ACOD booth 5301 in hall 5.

The automation fair all about automation 2022 in Chemnitz is over. A good time for us to draw a brief conclusion: great atmosphere, many visitors at our stand and a whole lot of interesting conversations. And here's our thanks to all visitors to our stand. And because it was so nice, we don't say goodbye, but see you again to the next all about automation fair in Chemnitz 2023.

Four rounds, a lot of interest and a very pleasant atmosphere - that was our late shift (“Spaetschicht”) as part of the Days of Industrial Culture last Friday, in which we took part for the second time this year.

It's the taking part that counts - that applies not only to the Olympic games, but also at least to the Chemnitz company run (“Firmenlauf”), in which our company took part this year with a small but highly motivated team. For everyone who has completed the circuit through Chemnitz, the following applies anyway: Chapeau!

Here is a little teaser and save-the-date reminder for our participation at the all about automation trade fair in Chemnitz at the end of this month.

Yesterday, Brainware Solutions GmbH was represented at the 7th Saxon Day of AUTOMATION, which was organized by VEMASinnovativ in the Event and Congress Center “Kraftverkehr” in Chemnitz.

Every year in September you can experience the days of industrial culture live and look into the past, present and future of industry and business in Chemnitz and the region. After the very successful premiere last year, Brainware Solutions GmbH will be there again in 2022.
